Description | I dont know if that belongs here and i wasnt quite sure about the Category but when using a custom tileset (mayday for example) the gender icons are displayed as blocks like these font/ascii not available blocks. It probably was mentioned already but i wanted to report it anyway just in case... | ||||

Replicated on a fresh DF 31.16, enabling Truetype will cause this bug in any version that is capable of using Truetype. steps to replicate: download latest version of DF (version 31.16) enter init.txt, edit [TRUETYPE:NO] to [TRUETYPE:YES] and save the file start the game, generate a world, and embark, choose to prepare carefully and hit the tab to purchase animals. observe all animal genders are replaced with no-character squares. |
