Summary0003476: In maps containing multiple land biomes, land creatures don't care which biome they're in
DescriptionIn hybrid terrain, at the intersection of swamp and mountains, in Dwarf mode, a group of three Alligators were encountered on high rocky terrain, away from the brook or any pond. All three had grey scales and black eyes, which is perhaps unremarkable. It is slightly possible that there was some 'swamp' type terrain upon the plateau that the playing area verged upon to the north-east; there was some vegetation there, so the mountains probably did not start, at least immediately, in that direction.

Regardless, I observed the Alligators for a while, and they showed no sign of seeking more hospitable terrain, which is either a bug or a not-yet-implimented detail of animal behaviour.

Additional InformationA perfectly good solution would be to allow for the evolution of Mountain Alligators.

The color part is expected, and ALL alligators will be gray with black eyes because there are no other color modifiers in the raws yet.
