Summary0003591: segfaults when pulling a lever with repeat (dangerroom) and when an enemy is on a kill order but leaves the map.
Description* built a dangerroom, 3 tils with spike, pulled lever once, then set a repeat order on the lever. a dwarf was standing on one of the spike tiles. when the repeat order was executed, segfault

* kobold thief, set 2 squads to kill him, he left map and shortly after segfault.

note i'm not 100% sure about the leaving of the map. it could also be when the attack happened. game crashed 3 times in a row after i gave the kill order, but the last time i canceled the order before the kobold left the map, and that time it didnt crash.
