Confirmed. Just had a massive tantrum spiral after a siege found a weak point in my defenses and flooded in. After I'd finally fought off the siege the spiral began; my Captain of the Guard began throwing a tantrum after a while and would spam cancellations on all sorts of jobs: store item, give water, beat criminal, rest... Was your cancel-spamming dwarf a noble? I had wondered if that would make a difference, because he was the only dwarf to spam messages, while coincidentally being the only tantruming noble with jobs to do. My manager and bookkeeper were nice enough to do their work in breaks between breaking furniture and other dwarves and such. |

Still an issue in 0.47.04. A dwarf is spamming cannot pickup equipment, throwing tantrum. |
