| Summary | 0004463: Embark requirement for Flux Stone ignored | ||||
| Description | Although I labelled the bug as "sometimes" that's a little inaccurate. I believe the bug is happening all the time, but that in most cases there's a little flux stone available by coincidence. If you choose "Yes" next to Flux Stone when finding a suitable embark point, that choice is ignored. Sites with no Flux Stone will be "found" as suitable. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | In my testing, I was using the following search parameters: X: 3 Y: 3 Flux: Yes Aquifer: No River: Yes Shallow Metal: Yes Deep Metal: Yes Clay: Yes * Find a suitable site * Embark * DFReveal * DFProspector > Minerals.txt * Search Minerals.txt for flux stones | ||||
| Additional Information | I am playing on 31.25 but hate the "Mineral Scarcity" change from 31.19. My mineral scarcity has thus been set at 150. The testing above includes 8 data points, and took a little over an hour. I'd be happy to do more. | ||||
