Summary0000461: Squads don't respect reassigned barracks if not active
DescriptionIf a specific squad is assigned to a barracks but not active, if the room is reset to a dormitory and a new room is set to the barracks for that squad, the squad won't respect the reassignment and move to the new barracks unless their status is set to active (i.e. they will continue training in the original room). The only way to get them to move seems to be to set them to active.
Steps To Reproduce1. Assign original room to the squad and set it to use for training, sleeping, etc.
2. Wait for squad to go to room and begin training while off-duty.
3. Set the original room to dormitory and set a new room to barracks, then assign the squad to that room and set it to use for training, sleeping, etc.
