Summary | 0004626: Construction of wall disrupted pathing for secretive mood, fixed by save/reload
Description | I am uncertain whether or not this is an actual issue or if I just do not have the proper workshops, but one of my dwarfs went into a secretive mood and started making his way into my fortress from the outside. Right before he had done that I had started building walls to close up the entrance he was using, and he managed to get stuck right at the front of my fortress. I've read that this sort of thing happens if you do not have the appropriate workshops, however, like I said, he started going into my fortress after the mood started, which indicates to me that this is due to the sudden appearance of the wall, which disrupted the path that had already been laid down when the mood started.
Steps To Reproduce | I haven't tried to replicate this myself, but more than likely you would need to have a wall built either while a dwarf in a mood is attempting to make his way to the workshop or have a wall built in his path as he is trying to cross that particular path. I'm guessing any object will do (fortifation or impassable object).
