| Description | I have an injured dwarf who is continually spamming announcements with 'cancels Give Food: Too injured'. He has been removed from the military and all labors. I don't think he is starving because he isn't hungry. He has lost the ability to grasp and has motor and sensory nerve damage. | ||||

Update: The dwarfs pet just starved to death. Spam hasn't stopped and the dwarf hasn't seemed to notice the death yet |

looks like it might be related I will try assigning him to squad and removing all equipment food UPDATE: Nope the few workarounds suggest didn't help my announcements are near unusable. |

Are you sure you disabled all the healthcare labors? Can you look at the job menu (j) and (r)emove the dwarf from the "give food" job? One more thing, did you remove him/her from the squad? Military dwarves that get injured sometimes remain in the military for a while for some reason. |

Yes I removed him from his squad and disabled all labor and I cannot remove him from give food. |

Did you disable the "Feed patients/prisoners" labor on him? |

As I stated in my initial report and In my follow up, I removed the dwarf from ALL labors, which includes Feed patients/prisoners. |
