| Description | When standing on top of a sewer grate in a Human town, I am told "There are no traces of sunlight here" and my field of vision is restricted as if I were underground. If I step to the side, I am outdoors again. | ||||

Maybe this is to prevent you from fast traveling when under a sewer grate? |

Confirming. Consequently to this you can't fast travel from atop the grates: attempting to do so results in a "You can't travel until you emerge from underground." message; line of sight on such grates is also reduced respectively. |
