Summary0005190: vampire civ leaders spam positions
DescriptionA human became a vampire and then ascended to the leadership (law-giver) of a human civ. Afterwards, she has been "creating the position of lord as a matter of course" about 1-2 times per year. Nobody appears to actually have become a lord.
