Summary	0005257: DF Doesn't use more than 25% CPU on Intel i5 processor
Description	Worldgen takes alot longer on my new 4 core processor then it did on my old 2 core processor due to the fact that DF doesn't use more than 25% of the available CPU power. Even though I set DF to use only one core it doesn't max that out. Generating figures and history takes forever.
