Summary | 0005412: Loyalty cascade from killing yak cow mist zombie
Description | I am not sure if it was merchant animal or not. Cow had long battle with caravan guards(killed) and my hammerdwarves(retreated), no loyalty cascade followed then.

I've just had this happen with a Nanny Goat haunting gloom zombie that was previously one of my fortress's animals. I think the offending attack is at line 441 here: http://pastebin.com/rtgCKA0y (gamelog.txt extract) As you can see she was fighting previously, but dwarves engaged her autonomously first, then I put in an explicit squad kill order. |

Something I noticed when cleaning up the mess from the above, that may or may not be relevant: I'd set announcements.txt to pause and zoom on citizen death, but left fort animal deaths as default. However, when a cat haunting gloom zombie was killed by merchant guards it got the pause and zoom treatment like a dwarf citizen. |
