| Description | There's a certain patch of land that I can quick travel through just find, but if I drop out of quick travel mode and try to re-enter it I get told "You must move away from the surrounding obstacles before you can travel", and I have to move away before I can do quick travel again. Is this perfectly flat ground, or are there hills around or what? Screenshots might help. |

City walls and rivers block fast travel, both. |

Yeah, but I think those both have different messages: "You must leave this site" and "You must move away from the river". |

I had similar issue in 0.34.01 once. I traveled, had a river in my way, dropped out of travel, crossed the river, walked some more, but when I tried to enter travel I got "You must move away from obstacles" message. So I walked away some more, the message kept appearing. Finally I was able to enter travel mode after I walked distance of about one big worldmap tile (16 map tiles) away from the river I crossed... I wonder if it has anything to do with rivers that are only visible in worldmap but not in normal play (I remember seeing such bug report). Could be such "phantom" river blocking travel, but haven't had a chance to check this hypothesis yet. |
