Summary	0005492: Dwarves putting Pig tails on prohibited stock pile
Description	I have a stockpile set up only to accept adamantine strands. Thread (metal) all other things under cloth are prohibited. I even went to the additional section and turned off plant/animal Dwarves keep bringing pig tail threads to this stockpile which is miles from the main area where the pig tail threads would even be made and add them to the adamantine stockpile. This occurs both in open squares with no bins and in squares with bins already half full of adamantine strands. I've triple checked, pig tails are prohibited.
Steps To Reproduce	Make a stockpile allow thread (metal) forbid all other threads make some pigtail threads
Additional Information	I included a bugged save. Stockpile is on z-level 82. Go down and run it a bit, you'll see some dwarves bringing pig tails down eventually. Check the infinite garbage dump to the right and you'll see some pigtails that I've dumped off the stockpile already and out of the bins themselves. http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=5724
