Summary	0005529: Artifacts made of gems cannot be put into stockpiles
Description	After I started a new fort, a gem cutter got a strange mood. He promptly made a 'jade figurine of dwarves' in his jeweler workshop and became legendary at gem cutting, the norm. However, the artifact just sat in the workshop-it didn't get put into any finished goods or gem stockpiles. Eventually, it got stolen by a thief, who ended up dropping it for some reason just outside my bridge, and still won't be moved. I can't dump it (it is an artifact) and it is unforbidden. I investigated a finished goods stockpiles, looked in materials:other, and gems are not in there. The problem is either that artifact goods shouldn't be made out of gems, or gems should be added as a material to stockpiles
