Summary0005577: Shops do not sell gear appropriate for their civilization
DescriptionWhen dwarves are made to build and live in cities, all shops that sell armor sell 100% large-sized gear, and never sell steel equipment.

I have not been able to reproduce this behavior for elves because shops that would sell armor (generally import shops) in dwarven or human cities seem to sell nothing at all in elven cities. Elves appear to be limited to General Imports shops that sell nothing, and Imported Foods shops that seem to work normally selling various plants.
Steps To ReproduceIn the raw entity_default.txt change DEFAULT_SITE_TYPE and LIKES_SITE both to city for the Mountain and / or Forest civilizations. Generate a world that is large and old enough to have major cities, and go find one as an adventurer.

This may be a side effect of dwarves using human city layouts.

As such, it may not get resolved until dwarves get their own city layouts again.

Just a thought.
