Description | Well,i keep wanting to generate a long history ,but the problem is,is that all the megabeasts seem to die off in year 100-150,sometimes even faster,megabeasts used to never die,now they seem to die all the time. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1.generate a world with a long history 2.view legends 3.Notice that nearly every single mega beast is dead. | ||||

Actually, megabeasts getting killed off has been true for years, with the brief exception of the temporarily nigh-invincible Bronze Colossus. 0.28.whatever worldgen never got to 1050 for exactly this reason. Which isn't to say that this isn't necessarily a bug, but that it's a very old one. (And one Toady knows about.) A quick check on "megabeasts" shows this isn't a duplicate, though, so I guess it's just old enough that nobody ever bothered to bug report it... or I didn't try the right search term. |
