Summary	0005649: Miner keeps moving to tables hauling food, but never eats
Description	The miner Risen Nebeluzol keeps walking up to tables with a pond turtle that he owns, but walks away as soon as he reaches then goes back to the table again, seemingly ad infinitum. He doesn't eat or drink and seems to be stuck in some kind of loop. The only way around this was to forbid the pond turtle he was hauling, which forced him to eat something else.
