Summary	0006144: Dwarfs will abandon barrels and bins randomly
Description	Dwarfs will abandon barrels or bins randomly while carrying it around picking up items. Also it seems that the said item is given such a low priority to be recovered that no dwarf will ever pick up said barrel/bin, yet they will use contents of this barrel/bin as normal. At one point in my fort the brewer ignored a brew ingredient that was 4 spaces away for one that was across the world on the surface. Another time all the weapons/armor/ammo that had been stored in the armor had been scattered across the fort and abandoned. Deleting and remaking all the stockpiles forced dwarfs to realize the bins/barrels were not in a stockpile and were then gathered.
