Summary | 0006245: Holding Shift+Enter does not "repeat key" when trading
Description | If you have a list of 300 items you want to trade, holding shift and enter should do a delayed repeat for selecting items.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Go to the trade menu 2) Press and hold shift+enter and note that it does not repeat.

Without the dfhack "tweak fast-trade" feature you can't use Shift-Enter in the trade screen at all (well, maybe unless you came up with some very nontrivial keybinding settings, but then you should've said what you changed), so strictly speaking this shouldn't be reported here. Anyway, assuming you are indeed using dfhack, you can enable repeat yourself in the keybinding settings. Specifically, press Esc, then Key Bindings, General, Select All, Delayed repeat, then save&exit options. |

As ag suggests, in the future please list what mods you have or are attempting to use. In any event, this should be posted on the forums in your mod's help/bug/support thread. |
