Is the ice outside? You probably have your refuse orders ([o]-[r]) set to ignore refuse from [o]utside - changing this setting to "gather refuse from outside" fixed this for me. I suppose the problem here might be that "inside, light, above ground" tiles are considered "outside" by the standing orders, which sounds like a variation of 0001140. |

Yeah, you were right:) It is because the ice is outside. Issue can be closed. |
