I have noticed this in adventure mode, reproduced it in the arena. In adventure mode though, it always seems to be the most senior person present that responds, I figured it was that way to avoid announcement spam. Shouting out to a dwarvern hillock group had their sheriff respond, shouting to a keep had the lord respond etc. Edit: In the arena it's always the closest person to you that responds. |

I think it's the closest person that responds. Seconding this bug. It's really annoying and pretty much defeats the purpose of shouting. |

I noticed this too. I shouted in a room of 4 people at the start of a new adventurer and only the lord responded. |
