Summary0006906: Anorexic Characters Always Die
DescriptionI cannot go without eating for more than a few days without dying, despite this being possible in real life. Hugely demoralizing, and makes it difficult to keep playing without feeling deeply regretful about my life.
Steps To ReproduceDon't eat. Wait.
Additional InformationI assume dwarves cannot last quite as long as humans without eating, but I would still expect them to survive more than just a few days.

...of course it wouldn't be fixed in 2 minutes. He hasn't even updated the game with the most recent bugfixes. Also, in Fortress mode, dwarves can survive for weeks without food.

Um, in adventure mode you need to each (semi) daily, because time passes differently than in fortress mode. While a fortress dwarf can survive weeks without food, it is the same amount of ticks that a adventurer goes through within a couple days, so it is about the same amount of time I think(in ticks)

Okay, but it's still highly offensive.

How is it offensive to require characters to eat?

So adjust it in adventure mode to work not on ticks, but days. Still, not a bug. Certainly not major, anyway.

It's like requiring characters to get married, or to pray, or to give tips. If I don't want to do something that I don't have to do in real life, why should I do it in the game?

Consider this a warning. If you want to make a serious report, feel free to do so, but this isn't a place for trolling.
