| Summary | 0007029: making a new group every time you take a place over. | ||||
| Description | i dont know if this is a bug, but if you go to another town after taking one over and you try to take it over you have to make and name an entirely new group... i'm not sure if this cuts your ties to the old group, or your land from the first group. | ||||

Since groups are site governments, this is most likely as intended, though it could be communicated better when claiming a site, I guess. |
