Summary0007081: Crash when Moving/Travelling
DescriptionI managed to save a bit before it crash (linked below). The crash can be evited by moving north, and will not crash if returning to the normal crash zones.
It's probably an encounter or something.
Steps To Reproduce1)
Use that save:

using fast travel: Move 3 steps est
using normal travel: Move 14 steps est or south

Additional InformationThe world has been created in 40.02.
I applied pheobus graphic set on it and played a few hours without problems.
I don't see any crash log (looking at the game files)

Do you know if heading that direction put your closer to a necromancer tower?

I don't have an account on dffd and there's a link in the "Steps To Reproduce" section. You don't need a dropbox account to download it.
There is no necromancer tower in sight (on world map).
There are goblin camps to the south-west.

I also noted that my character is super-slow, running at 0.4 max even when dropping everything (probably another bug).

This is possibly an encounter: the same bug has happened to me as well. What encounter, I can't say.

I am not sure if I've bumped in to the same bug, but it acts similarly. If you load my save and move left or right one square or hit . to wait a step, the game will crash. Hitting , (comma) five times also triggers the crash.

0.40.02, no tileset in use (pure vanilla), running on Windows 7 64-bit. You can download the save here:

My whole world is a low population one, it was generated very quickly and some towns are empty (everything abandonned exept taverns -> other bug). Calendar speed is very fast too.

So perhaps it's already fixed (in the next version) if it's the same problem.

This one had some of the problem armies, so hopefully the bug is fixed.
