| Description | When I try to assign walls to be built, sometimes dwarves will move onto the space they are supposed to build on, then suspend construction citing a creature blocking the site. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Order the construction of a wall anywhere. Sometimes goes away after a few new orders to un-suspend, but not reliably. Guaranteed to happen if the dwarf goes up a ramp immediately before reaching the building site. |
