Summary0007676: Queen with 20 population?
DescriptionI just started this fortress. I thought the queen shows up after 50 population? I don't know if this is covered yet, but I don't even have materials to deal with a queen yet. I'm guessing this is part of the population cap bug.
Additional InformationI've seen this twice now between 2 fortresses.

Switching to 40.05, just saw it when i went to get product version

It happens when your civilization is dead (Land has no important leaders), one of your dwarves takes the leadership of the whole civilization.

After one of your dwarves becomes King/Queen, it'll appoint Dwarven Merchants from caravans as Barons and eventually you'll have an Outpost Liaison you can request stuff from.
