Summary0000784: Dwarf was murdered during fell mood, clothes weren't properly forbidden
DescriptionA dwarf in my fortress entered a fell mood, and claimed a tannery. He murdered a nearby victim. However, the dead dwarf's clothing was not forbidden, despite the "forbid your death items" order having been enacted.
Steps To ReproduceWait for a dwarf to enter a fell mood and murder someone.
Additional InformationThe dead dwarf was married, which may or may not have affected things, since the spouse inherited the clothes.

I can confirm that this issue still occurs in 0.34.11, since I've just reproduced it now.
