Summary | 0008145: Lazy Sieges
Description | So, I've had multiple goblin sieges. The pattern I have observed goes thus: Goblins show up. Goblins mill around. Occasionally they try to kill some livestock, but only halfheartedly. After a brief period of milling, for no apparent reason, goblins flee. I'm accustomed to sieges that linger for months and years, so this is strange. It also could be relevant that this is before the fort reaches population 70. Also, the goblins seem to be randomly assorted, roughly two per type. Finally, I regret to say that in each case I locked the dwarves behind a drawbridge, so I don't know what would've happened had I left them vulnerable.
Steps To Reproduce | Start fort with goblin neighbors. Wait for siege to happen. Watch goblin behavior.
Additional Information | I'm sure there's a lot going on here, but figured I might either get a ball rolling or nudge a pre-existing one.
