Summary0008153: Suturers & wound dressers haul thread/cloth after use, even with item hauling disabled
DescriptionI've noticed that after suturing or dressing a wound, doctors will always haul the leftover thread or cloth back to a cloth stockpile, acquiring a "store item in stockpile" job even when they have the item hauling labor disabled.
Expected behavior would be that after suturing/dressing, doctors with item hauling disabled should just drop the thread/cloth on the floor, let a hauler worry about what happens to it next, and move on to another healthcare job.

Closely related: 0000771, 0001359, 0003147 ; these reports all pertain to various complications of this issue (e.g. message spam when the cloth stockpile isn't in the doctor's burrow), but don't directly say it's wrong that non-hauler doctors are acquiring hauling jobs in the first place.

The doctors have to grab the item from the hospital supplies initially, right? It seems like it'd be weird for them to haul the item one way but not the other.

That would be more consistent with the behavior of most other jobs in the game:
- Dwarves doing jobs in a workshop retrieve their own materials but don't automatically get a job to store the product or emptied container in a stockpile, and rightly so; we generally want the glassmaker to take another glassmaking job, not make a long hike to drop off an empty bag.
- Miners, woodcutters and fisherdwarves don't automatically get store-in-stockpile jobs for their products, and it's common for players to make a point of disabling the related hauling labors to make absolutely certain that they never take such a job.
- Dwarves hauling water don't automatically get jobs to put the bucket back in a stockpile.

The only other jobs I'm aware of having similar behavior are herbalists hauling back their gathered plants, and dwarves finishing the last drink in a barrel and getting a job to store the barrel; both of these also have current open issues related to their tendencies to divert skilled dwarves from their trades and to cause message spam when conflicting with dwarves' burrow assignments.
