| Description | When I was trying to build a farm plot over an area covered with silt blocks the job kept getting suspended because of an item blocking the site. Encouraging the dwarves to move the blocks away by making block stockpiles nearby resulted in all but one of the blocks being cleared. To test the remaining block I forbade all the other blocks then tried to build a workshop - the single silt block left does not show up as an available building material. I checked, and it doesn't show up as forbidden. | ||||

Most likely the block is tasked for some construction. Do you have any (possibly suspended) constructions that may have used this block? |

I checked. No buildings or other construction in progress anywhere. |

Except for the floor you're building above a ramp to seal off the tunnel and underground. The 'j'ob menu shows the job as inactive, and giving one of your idlers the mason labor gets it built. |
