I appear to have spoken too soon. The game later promoted someone to expedition leader and the noble positions are available again. Please close out this ticket. Thank you. |

I'll resolve this as a duplicate of 0008129. Even if it's only temporary, I don't think the loss of site noble positions is intended. |
