Summary0008205: Ranged weapons still shoot more rapidly than before
DescriptionThis is basically a copy of bug report 0008068: Ranged weapons shoot much too rapidly, but with a Save from version 0.40.10 where the bug is supposedly fixed.
This save was generated in 0.40.10 and has not migrated from an earlier version.
Steps To ReproduceLoad save
Look at the brewer in the archery range. He's firing bolts rapidly

I looked at the save file, and it appears to be a slower rate of fire than 0.40.09, but faster than 0.34.11 or 0.40.08. Intentional?

0.34.11 up to 0.40.08: something large like 70-100 time steps between shots
0.40.09: (bugged) 9-10 time steps between shots
0.40.10: 30 time steps between shots

It should be 80 for 0.40.11 for skill zero dwarves. Now that's it's roughly like before, I'll leave the balancing for the load rewrite.
