Summary | 0008208: Burial of citizens by default - Thematic
Description | Since it's part of dwarfy culture to bury the dead, installed coffins should have citizens enabled for burial by default. Make Tomb is an option whether you have it enabled for burial or not and you can individually turn off/on citizens and pets after it's enabled for burial. I don't see a feature loss (unless there's a greater plan that hasn't been implemented). From a user perspective, it's 1 less issue to micromanage/screen to navigate for every coffin, since the vast majority of coffins in all games, are used for burial.

I support this idea, however the Mantis is for bug reports only. There is a board in the forum for suggestions. |
|
There is an option in d_init.txt. Change to [COFFIN_NO_PETS_DEFAULT:YES]. |
|
Yeah, this should go into the Suggestions forum. |
