| Description | Minecart shoots out of stockpile. What I think is happening: My dwarf places a minecart into a minecart that dumps the first minecart onto a ramp. The dwarf immediately tries to place the ramp-minecart back into the stockpile using a wheelbarrow, while the dwarf grabs the wheelbarrow the minecart accelerates. The dwarf puts the moving minecart into the wheelbarrow and then places the minecart into the stockpile, but the minecarts inertia doesn't reset, so it shoots across the room. Confirmed as you describe. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate without the use of something like the dfhack workNow plugin to force new jobs immediately. Maybe a platform difference, as I'm on windows. When it does work (workNow = 1, one-stepping up through dumping the minecart when the wheelbarrow is closest to the track stop), I can confirm the minecart pulled from the ramp does roll out of the stockpile. |
