| Summary | 0008520: Residents of an occupied fort act like I'm a hostile after ousting the occupiers without directly killing anybody | ||||
| Description | A little bit of background first, I managed to get an elven bowman (the same one who's trying to kill me in the save) to join in on an insurrection to oust the occupiers. Then I used the sprint-jump tackle technique to kill the elven adminstrator. There were a few collateral casualties, but I never attacked anybody directly. Very soon after, they evacuated the place, then I slept the night. Almost immediately when I wake up, the goblins and the former elven companion went no quarter. In the save, the goblins are already running around screaming their heads off while the bowman is (ineffectively) trying to kill me. Initially, I thought it was a loyalty cascade, but they aren't killing each other. After the save point, I went down and while the two elven non-soldiers weren't hostile initially, one of them asked me to yield, I did, then kept attacking anyway. A bit later, one of the dwarven occupants went 'no quarter' for no apparent reason. | ||||

Here's one of the same worldgen and another fort, although according to legendsviewer, it's supposed to be occupied, but when I open up the conversation, theres no option for local ruler and when I ask about trade, they say nothing organized here. I haven't even done anything, I arrived on site and they were already like this.
