| Summary | 0008567: Inedible until cooked plants can't produce seeds for farming (taro) | ||||
| Description | This isn't necessarily a bug but a byproduct of how DF seed production works. When a dwarf eats a plaint, it produces seeds. When you brew a plant, it produces seeds. However when you cook a plant, it doesn't produce seeds. This creates a complication with plants that are unable to be brewed or eaten raw. The specific example I've seen this with is taro. It shows up as a crop that can be planted in the farm plot crop selection screen. However it can never be planted because it can never produce seeds. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Not sure what to put here. Try cooking taro I guess. | ||||
