Summary0008727: Dwarves still build suspended walls
DescriptionI ordered a line of walls to be built, but suspended them as I did not want them built yet. The dwarves ignored the suspend flag and still built the walls.

Duplicate of 0008662. Issue was repaired in version 40.24 ("Stopped worker chaining to next construction job from choosing suspended one"). Just upgrade your version and it should not appear again.
