Possibly related to the 'magma *BLOOP* glitch experienced near volcanoes and magma pipes. What appears to happen is that pressure is briefly applied to the volcano lava leading to flooding on lower levels where there are openings made into the magma sea. Lava permanently fills levels below the top of the magma sea (for example, if you have dug a stairway down below there). Lava also temporarily spreads for two or three levels above the top of the magma sea. Steps to reproduce: * Embark next to volcano * Dig stairway down to magma sea (in an area where the exit is below the top of the magma sea). * Wait Possible cause: Objects and/or creatures falling into the volcano? |
