Summary | 0008974: A floor hanging over a ledge....
Description | In most causes if you have a line of floor tiles and you deconstruct them all and you try to deconstruct the one connected to a full block it will cause a cave-in even thou the dwarf is standing on the full block.
Steps To Reproduce | Build a floor off of a natural cliff, then deconstruct it.
Additional Information | (PS) all items/entities on the block the dwarf is standing on will fall in as well.

I'm not sure what the bug is here. If you deconstruct the wrong part of an overhang, the rest of the overhang will collapse... or am I reading your report wrong? |
|
A cave-in does not limit itself to the tiles themselves and the tiles directly below; a dwarf can be caught in it and dragged down. |
|
when deconstructing a ledge every thing goes fine until you try and remove the floor tile connected to a natural block tile. sometimes this triggers a cave in and causes your dwarves/items to fall when there standing on an ajasent block. |
