Summary0009323: Dwarves transport writing material forever
DescriptionMore dwarves than needed would "store item in location" placing a scroll or quire, ending up with the library having more than the desired amount, they would then remove some of the writing materials but again more than needed would pick up writing materials, this would repeat forever.
Steps To ReproduceHave a supply of paper which is greater than the desired amount set in the library.
Additional InformationSetting the desired amount to max of 999 would solve the problem as long as it would exceed supply.

i might be wrong on my description of "why" this was happening, I was thinking out loud. I am probably wrong on my solution, since i never tested. I should probably posted in "Jobs, Hauling"
