Summary	0009367: Tavern location screen does not show recognize installed instruments
Description	Tavern locations still do not recognize installed instruments. I've also never seen a dwarf use the installed instrument.
Steps To Reproduce	1. create a tavern location 2. create installable instrument 3. install instrument in tavern location 4. check tavern screen
Additional Information	Save is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dhgp7l7ppca631w/region1.zip?dl=0 There are a few smaller instruments in use in the tavern (5 handheld ilus or whatever) and one installed instrument. This bug was reported earlier in: http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/mantisbt/view.php?id=9161 but does not appear to have been actually fixed in 42.03.
