Summary | 0009455: Recover wounded targets conscious uninjured dwarf
Description | A dwarf was thirsty, and a Recover wounded job was generated with them as the target. A dwarf then carried their conscious, uninjured, still thirsty, and confused comrade to a bed in the hospital. The "wounded" dwarf, still thirsty, then immediately left the hospital, leaving the mug he had picked up to get a drink with in the hospital bed.
Steps To Reproduce | No idea. This is the first I've seen it.

Guessing the dwarf was drunk to the point of being comatose, but recovered before being taken to hospital. I've seen it happen quite a bit in my fortress. Job queuing takes time for an idle dwarf to pick up the "send the sot to the drunk tank to sleep it off" / 'recover wounded' job. Minor tweak might be to make the effects of alcohol last longer (i.e a hangover / drunken stupor that lasts a week or two - not truly realistic, but time vs unit movement flows oddly in DF anyway - it's not as if your dwarves eat three square meals a day). |

I doubt it's that. The thirsty dwarf appeared to have just made it to the drink stockpile to pick up his beverage when he was abducted. I guess it is possible that the dwarf had drunk himself unconscious and then woke up still thirsty... When he was set down in the hospital, he immediately went to get a drink. |
