Summary0009573: Criminal gangs living in dungeons are 1) not hostile and 2) cause 'murderer' reaction
DescriptionThis is consistent through all my games through many different worlds. While killing bandits marks you as a protector of the weak, killing criminals (verified as criminals as they work as 'lieutenants' beneath a boss/captain/master) marks you as a murderer when spreading rumors of their demise. These criminals are also not hostile, even when I murder them by the dozens- deeper in the dungeon, they're still not hostile, and basically act like civilians rather than martial combatants.
