Summary | 0009573: Criminal gangs living in dungeons are 1) not hostile and 2) cause 'murderer' reaction
Description | This is consistent through all my games through many different worlds. While killing bandits marks you as a protector of the weak, killing criminals (verified as criminals as they work as 'lieutenants' beneath a boss/captain/master) marks you as a murderer when spreading rumors of their demise. These criminals are also not hostile, even when I murder them by the dozens- deeper in the dungeon, they're still not hostile, and basically act like civilians rather than martial combatants.
