Summary | 0009615: Animal trainer uses a stone to tame cave spiders
Description | The mental image of a dwarf dragging a huge slab to the kennels to threaten to crush the cave spider under it if it doesn't yield to his will is quite amusing, but I doubt this is intentional. Sounds same as 0006183
Additional Information | Savegame: http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=11832 The duke is hauling a gabbro to the kennels as part of the taming job.

Oh, he also used a cage to tame one in same fashion as the stone. |

I noticed after capturing few spiders that the animal trainer used plants this time, so this happens if there are no plants in the stocks. (I had none at the time when he used stone) You can reproduce this by forbidding all plants and assigning small animal taming at kennels. I did this with my duke, he was going to grab some barley to tame the spider. I forbid all plants -> duke switches to go grab a clay loam. |
