DescriptionIf you try to place a farm plot on muddy soil which is also under more than 1/7 water, in addition to the red "Water" warning it will incorrectly say "No mud for underground farm".

Can Confirm for 0.40.09, unfortunately can't get 0.40.10 at the moment.
