Summary	0009879: Cancellation spam "Dwarf cancels Load Cage Trap: Needs empty cage"
Description	I placed a lot of cage traps around my fortress, a forest fire burned all wooden cages inside them and then the mechanics were reloading the traps until all empty cages have been used. Until then they stayed idle in the meeting zone and spammed continously: "Urist McFirstMechanic cancels Load Cage Trap: Needs empty cage", "Urist McSecondMechanic cancels Load Cage Trap: Needs empty cage", etc, which filled the whole announcements page. They spammed cancellations all the time instead of doing any other jobs they had to, e.g. building new traps, building levers, linking things to levers. I finally turned the cancellation announcements off to get rid of the messages.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Build cage traps on grass and load them with all your wooden cages 2. Have cages inside traps burned by a forest fire 3. Watch the mechanics struggling to reload the traps and spamming cancellations due to lack of cages.
