Summary0003524: Liaison, caravan appear in middle of embark after walling off edges
DescriptionOn an experimental fortress I walled off the entire edge of the surface of the map with raising bridges, and raised them to stop anything from spawning. Usually this results in no animals, traders, diplomats, immigrants, or anything else appearing. In this fortress, the dwarven outpost liaison and trade caravan appeared out of thin air in the middle of the map. Map is a 3X3 site which spans several different biomes, including multiple savage ocean tiles.
Steps To ReproduceBuild raising drawbridges on every edge tile of the map. Link them all to a lever and pull the lever. Wait. This seems to be a rare bug, this is first embark site I've seen it happen on.
Additional InformationI did deliberately choose an embark with as many different biomes represented as possible, so there might be some weirdness with the embark site being on a zone boundary or something.

If you get invaders spawning in the middle of the map as well, it's probably a duplicate of 0003121.

Before you finished walling off the edge of the map, did caravans and liaisons arrive at the edge properly?

Looks like a similar bug. I have invaders turned off, so I don't know where they'll spawn. Before I started walling off the edge, caravans and liaisons appeared normally. When the map was almost completely walled off, the caravan still appeared on the free spot on the map edge but the liaison once appeared in the middle. When the edge was completely walled off, they both appear in the middle of the map. It appears there's a spot that is being treated as if it were a map edge spot for purposes of spawning.
