Summary0003451: When declining to appoint a baron, liaison/diplomat skips trade agreements
DescriptionOnce the requirements for becoming a Barony have been met and the Outpost Liaison actually recommends appointing a Baron, declining to appoint a baron (whether by choosing "a" and pressing Esc without selecting a dwarf or by pressing "b") causes the liaison to immediately depart (with the usual message) instead of proceeding through the usual trade agreement.

 Still an issue in 0.40.06 (see http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=141867.0) - the core problem is likely that declining to appoint a baron cancels the entire topic meeting rather than simply skipping to the next topic.
