This may just be a text issue. I had my chef tantrum/go melancholy after a masterwork prepared meal was destroyed, but thoughts did still display as "quite content." |

Does this reproduce consistently? I've seen plenty of dwarves that are "ecstatic," "fine," etc. |

I have seen dwarves with various thought-levels. Perhaps a melancholy triggered by an event doesn't update the thoughts. |

Disregard this, probably values for 'happiness' system have changed in this version, so I've got everyone with 'quite content' for a pretty long time. |

I haven't dug into the thoughts page much, but I have had some dwarves go insane and berserk. |
